Rod always impresses, what an incredible performance! This show was phenomenal, with him only improving over time. My all-time favorite rendition of Forever Young by Rod was featured in an extended version, including bagpipes, Irish step dancing, violin, and even a fiddle - absolutely fantastic! The emotional impact of People Get Ready brought tears to my eyes, especially with the inclusion of black and white photos from the Civil Rights Movement. Additionally, seeing the Ukrainian flag during Rhythm Of My Heart was particularly meaningful, given that my husband is part Ukrainian. These acts of kindness exhibit Rod's compassion, as he has always been attuned to global issues. He was a trailblazer, addressing topics like the Killing Of Georgie before it became socially acceptable to do so. At 77 years old, he demonstrated that he's still as talented as ever! Adore him!
